- Fast but fragile battlecruiser with improved AP ricochet angles, fast-cooldown Repair Party, Engine Boost, and a 9 km Surveillance Radar.
- This balanced build provides both good survivability and damage output, compensating for Rhode Island's high damage potential while factoring in her smaller HP pool and weaker armor profile.
- The Surveillance Radar is very situational, so you may swap to the Spotter Plane if you feel like you aren't using it enough. Engine Boost Modification 1 is stronger than Surveillance Radar Modification 1 in Slot 2 for the same reason.
- William Halsey and the Doe brothers are recommended mostly for their improved skills.
- If you don’t have Engine Boost Modification 1, use Damage Control System Modification 1 (DCSM1).
