- Upgraded Iowa-class hull with improved accuracy and Combat Instructions that reduce main gun reload and consumable cooldown times when activated. Also features Defensive AA Fire (DFAA), for what it's worth.
- This balanced build provides both good survivability and damage output, compensating for Wisconsin's high damage potential while factoring in that her survivability depends partially on your Combat Instructions.
- If you are comfortable with sacrificing durability for even more firepower, swap Fire Prevention (FP) for Furious. Keep in mind that doing so makes you more reliant on Combat Instructions to tank at critical moments.
- Protip: Wisconsin requires 17 main gun hits to fill the Combat Instructions meter. You may space out your shots to keep the meter from depleting.
- William Halsey and the Doe brothers are recommended mostly for their improved skills.
