Teng She is a Tier VII Pan-Asian battleship built around a large-caliber main battery and the High-Precision Spotter consumable. Her nine 406 mm guns give her enough hitting power to punish cruisers and battleships, while the Spotter helps extend her influence across the battlefield.
The equipment choice is straightforward. When available, Spotting Aircraft Modification 1 is the preferred upgrade for the Spotter consumable. If you do not have the Spotter modification, Main Armaments Modification 1 is the recommended alternative.
In battle, Teng She rewards patience and careful target selection. Her main battery hits hard, but the relatively slow rate of fire means every salvo matters. Watch the minimap, anticipate where enemy ships are heading and avoid wasting a long reload on a target that is already preparing to disappear behind cover.
The High-Precision Spotter is particularly useful when enemy ships are attempting to disengage or when the battle opens up across multiple flanks. Use it to maintain pressure at longer ranges and to create firing opportunities that would otherwise be difficult to reach with your normal vision and firing position.
Teng She is not especially agile, and her main turrets also have relatively slow traverse. Avoid constantly changing targets or trying to react at the last second. Position the ship so that your guns are already covering the most likely engagement area, allowing you to take advantage of opportunities without waiting for the turrets to catch up.
Stay aware of your surroundings and avoid getting trapped on a flank. Teng She has a large HP pool and good protection, but her low maneuverability makes recovering from a bad position difficult. Keep enough space to disengage before the enemy can surround you.
The key to Teng She is making those nine 406 mm guns count. Use the improved spotting capability to find favorable targets, plan your positioning ahead of time and punish broadside ships with well-aimed salvos rather than relying on volume of fire.
