German BB Preußen Line - Secondary Captain Build
- This build buffs German battleship secondary armaments as much as possible while sacrificing some concealment. Given the existence of German battlecruisers and Pan-American battleships, this build is no longer optimal for maximizing win rate. This is more of a casual alternative or for PvE.
- Swap Manual Secondary Targeting (MS) for Close Quarters Combat (CQC) if you prefer getting the most out of your main battery. You may also swap Emergency Repair Expert (ERE) for Concealment Expert (CE) if you want to put more emphasis on sneaking into close range.
- If you are feeling extra cocky, you may swap Emergency Repair Expert (ERE) for Close Quarters Combat (CQC) in order to max out on firepower.
- For PvE modes, swap Concealment System Modification 1 in Slot 5 for Ship Consumables Modification 1.
- Secondary Preußen can be played similarly to other secondary battleships: find an opening and get in close with your secondaries while dodging torpedoes with Hydroacoustic Search. Be aware that their secondaries are notably weaker than the other dedicated secondary lines.
- Consider trying the Unique Upgrade (Legendary Upgrade) for Großer Kurfürst if you have it.
- If you don’t have the Hydroacoustic Search modification, use DCSM1.
