- This build maximizes German destroyers’ smoke and hydro combination to dominate capture zones and secure objective control.
- Engine Boost Modification 1 in Slot 2 is preferred over Hydroacoustic Search Modification 1 because extending Hydroacoustic Search duration desynchronizes consumable action times and cooldowns relative to your smoke screen, whereas Engine Boost Modification 1 provides superior mobility and open-water dodging. If you do not have Engine Boost Modification 1, use Engine Room Protection (ERP).
