- Unique Dutch destroyer that can launch 12 km HE Airstrikes, while remaining competent at core destroyer roles thanks to excellent concealment and respectable gun firepower. Exercise caution when engaging in direct duels, as Tromp takes heavy damage easily if her Engine Boost consumable is unavailable.
- If you don’t feel like you need the extra Engine Boost charge from Superintendent (SI), feel free to swap it for Main Battery and AA Specialist (BFT).
- If you feel like you aren't getting enough value out of the HE Airstrike Modification 1 upgrade in Slot 4, swap it for Propulsion Modification 1.
- If you do not have Engine Boost Modification 1, use Engine Room Protection (ERP).
