- Trade Advanced Firing Training (AFT / Main Battery and AA Expert) for Main Battery and AA Specialist (BFT) plus Consumable Specialist or Incoming Fire Alert (IFA) if you do not require extra main battery firing range.
- This captain build can also be shared effectively with Mogador and Kléber.
- Jean-Jacques Honoré is a solid commander choice due to his improved Adrenaline Rush (AR) skill. Philippe Auboyneau is exceptional due to his improved Survivability Expert (SE) skill and capture/defend talent triggers.
- Engine Boost Modification 1 in Slot 2 is practically mandatory. If you can afford the 260,000 Coal for the ship, investing 17,000 Coal for her essential upgrade is strongly recommended.
