French DD Kléber - Unique Upgrade Captain Build
- This build centers around Kléber’s Unique Upgrade (Legendary Upgrade). You will rely far less on main battery guns, focusing instead on rapid repositioning, concealment, and heavy torpedo ambushes wherever support is needed.
- While considered a niche playstyle in Random Battles, Unique Upgrade Kléber is a competitive staple whenever permitted in structured formats.
- Jean-Jacques Honoré is a solid commander choice due to his improved Adrenaline Rush (AR) skill. Philippe Auboyneau is exceptional due to his improved Survivability Expert (SE) skill and capture/defend talent triggers.
- Engine Boost Modification 1 in Slot 2 is practically mandatory. If you do not have Engine Boost Modification 1, use Engine Room Protection (ERP).
- Applies to Kléber.
