UK CL Plymouth - Standard Build
- Jack of all trades RN CL that carries both smoke and 9km radar at the same time. However she has significantly lower DPM and only a standard heal compared to Minotaur
- This build is specifically tailored to Plymouth due to her not having quite as strong radar as the tech tree RN CLs.
- You can also run either Minotaur build if you don’t want to make a dedicated captain
- Dunkirk is a decent captain due to his improved consumable skills.
- If you don’t have the Radar mod, use ERP.
