- This is a variation of the standard BB tank build, adapted for Royal Navy battlecruisers.
- Improved Repair Party Readiness (IRPR) is very important for reducing the long cooldown on Duncan's and St. Vincent's Repair Party consumables.
- Dedicated captains for Tier III–VII ships should take Basics of Survivability (BoS) instead of IRPR.
- The St. Vincent line is typically played at mid-to-long range where they can freely reposition for accurate shots while dodging return fire. While they have torpedoes for close-range engagements, weak bow/stern armor usually makes brawling a one-way trip.
- If you don’t have the Engine Boost modification, use DCSM1.
- Applies to Indefatigable, Queen Mary, Tiger, Renown, Hawke, Renown '44, Rooke, Duncan, St. Vincent, and Incomparable.
