Europe DD Halland Line - Standard Captain Build
- The Halland line consists of anti-air and torpedo-focused destroyers. They feature extremely fast torpedoes, Repair Party, and excellent AA defenses, but suffer from slow top speed and low individual torpedo damage.
- This build provides European destroyers with a solid balance of gun DPM and torpedo performance, allowing them to contest capture zones while remaining a threat to larger surface targets.
- Fearless Brawler (FB) is a viable alternative for improved gun DPM; trade Main Battery and AA Specialist (BFT) and Consumable Specialist (CS) to pick it up.
- Superintendent (SI) is useful if you prefer late-game survivability—trade either Main Battery and AA Specialist (BFT) or Fill the Tubes (FTT) to afford it.
- Jerzy Świrski is a top-tier commander choice because of his improved Adrenaline Rush (AR) skill and his talent that speeds up torpedo reload times.
- If you do not have Engine Boost Modification 1, equip Engine Room Protection (ERP).
- Applies to Tatra, Romulus, Klas Horn, Visby, Kalmar, Västerås, Skåne, Öland, Östergötland, Halland, and Dalarna.
